Dear Guests, We ask that you take the time to read the following information thoroughly and return a signed copy before the day of your appointment.  If you have any questions, do not hesitate to reach out.We have been doing everything in our power to keep you safe with our already meticulous cleaning standards. Ensuring the health and safety of our guests, team, and community remains our top priority.


Due to the 2019-2020 outbreak of the novel Coronavirus (COVID-19), Acqua Salon is taking extra precautions with the care of every guest to include health history review and enhanced sanitation/disinfection procedures.

Symptoms of COVID-19 include:

  • Fever
  • Fatigue
  •  Dry Cough
  • Difficulty Breathing

I agree to the following: 

I understand the above symptoms and affirm that I, as well as all household members, do not currently have, nor have experienced the symptoms listed above WITHIN THE LAST 14 DAYS.I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not been diagnosed with COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS.I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not knowingly been exposed to anyone diagnosed with COVID-19 WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS.I affirm that I, as well as all household members, have not traveled outside of the country, or to any city considered to be a "hot spot" for COVID-19 infections WITHIN THE PAST 30 DAYS. I understand that Acqua Salon cannot be held liable for any exposure to the COVID-19 virus caused by misinformation on this form or the health history provided by each guest.


Acqua Salon is following these enhanced procedures to prevent the spread of COVID-19:

  • No walk-ins.  If you would like curb side pick-up, please text or call the salon and we will arrange for a pick up time.
  • Prepayment for services available (It would save time at the end of your appointment if you allow us to store your credit card information on our secure site).
  • Your service provider will thoroughly clean and sanitize their hands throughout the day
  • Your service provider will wear a cloth mask and an apron.
  •  All product bottles used during treatment will be placed on the trolley for disinfection and disposable items will be used when possible.
  • All surfaces will be sanitized thoroughly with hospital grade disinfectant before and after each guest according to the manufacturer's directions.

Your Appointment:

  • We require 24-hour cancellation to respect the time of the stylist as well to offer a spot to a guest who has been waiting for an appointment.
  • Our waiting area is currently closed.  Please remain in your car, or outside until our front desk team confirms that your stylist is ready for you.
  • For guests visiting the Quebec location, please enter through the Quebec Street door and exit through the back (Baker Street parking lot) door.
  • Please disinfect your hands upon arrival, using the restrooms and/or sanitation stations provided.
  • Expect to have your temperature taken upon entering the location. We will use a contactless, infrared thermometer to check the temperature of every team member and guest that enters the salon. Any team member or guest with a temperature above 99°F will be sent home, advised to seek medical attention and welcomed to return to the location when a fever and symptoms of COVID-19 no longer exist.
  • Salon guests please arrive with clean, dry hair, styled with minimal product.
  • We will be doing minimal blow drying at this time. Guests may leave with wet hair, styled with product or put up, as preferred.
  • Stress-relieving massages, hot towel treatments and finishing make-up touch-ups will be temporarily unavailable.
  • Although we love to see your family and friends, at this time we ask that you come to your appointment alone. 
  • We will not be offering children’s cuts at this time.
  • Arrive in clean clothing, with only your personal device, keys and form of payment. 
  • We miss you but we can’t hug you or give you a high five.
  •  Acqua requires you to wear an over the ear mask at all times. 
  • You will be at your own sanitized chair for the duration of your appointment. Your stylist will cater to all your needs including product and payment at your chair.
  • We accept all forms of payment.

We will not be accepting any Gift of Beauty’s, complimentary spa cards, or other Complimentary Treatments at this time.

Our complimentary beverage service will not be offered until further notice.

By signing below, I agree to each statement above and release Acqua Salon from any and all liability for the unintentional exposure or harm due to COVID-19.

Acqua Salon agrees to abide by these standards and affirms the same.
